AUTOTECH & ACCESSORIES 2021: FIRST-TIME INTEGRATING OFFLINE EXHIBITION AND ONLINE EXHIBITION
Ha Noi, March 17th, 2021 – The 17th International Autotech & Accessories Show 2021 (Autotech & Accessories 2021) – will be held from May 20th, 2021 in a brand new form: first-time integrating offline exhibition and online exhibition.
One exhibition – Two platforms – Four times approaching target audiences – Bringing friendly and productive experience for exhibitors and visitors.
The COVID–19 pandemic has been negatively affecting almost every aspect of life, including trade connection and trade promotion through offline fairs and exhibitions. Enterprises in general and exhibition organizers in particular that want to exist must be ready to change their mindset and find out a new path which digital transformation is inevitable. With 16 years of experience in the exhibition organization and trade promotion industry, Autotech & Accessories organizer has quickly grasped the trend and innovated the exhibition format in 2021 by combining offline exhibition with online exhibition. The benefits of offline exhibition is undeniable; however, in the challenging situation of climate change and COVID-19 pandemic, organizing an online exhibition ensures the “dual goal”: maintaining and promoting cooperation between enterprises while still ensuring social distancing, and building a green event towards sustainable development.
The offline Autotech & Accessories 2021 will be held from May 20th to May 23rd, 2021 at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center – SECC (799 Nguyen Van Linh, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City). The online Autotech & Accessories 2021 will be held in three phases: Phase 1 (May 20th – May 23rd, 2021) simultaneously to the traditional exhibition; Phase 2 (June 30th – July 2nd, 2021); Phase 3 (October 27th – October 31st, 2021) on virtualautotech.com.vn and autotechonline.com.vn. With the message “One exhibition – Two platforms – Four times approaching target customers”, Autotech & Accessories wants to bring brand new, friendly and convenient experience to customers, doubles efficiency by the resonance of two exhibition forms: online and offline.
Virtual Booth – Real Benefit
Autotech & Accessories 2021 is the first exhibition in the Automotive, Motorcycle, Electric Vehicle and Supporting Industry in Vietnam to integrate two exhibition forms: online and offline. Customers who are unable to participate in the offline exhibition for irresistible reasons can switch to online exhibition. In addition to the benefits of attending offline exhibition, exhibitors and visitors also enjoy the values that are only available at online exhibition. Specifically, each exhibitor will have two forms of booth: an e-commerce site booth and a 3D virtual reality exhibition booth. As a result, visitors can flexibly choose the suitable form to visit. Information of exhibitors and products is advertised for 3-6 months on the website of the online exhibition, helping to expand the opportunities approaching customers and improve the level of brand awareness for the exhibitors. At the online exhibition, exhibitors and visitors will also be able to participate in business matching events and seminars to share professional experience. The digital data system helps exhibitors evaluate the efficiency of online exhibition by tracking the interaction of visitors and accurately statisticizing the number of visitors, customers registering for trade. With an expected scale of more than 300 booths including both online and offline booths, attracting more than 10,000 domestic and foreign visitors, Autotech & Accessories 2021 promises to create a myriad of potential opportunities for trade connection between exhibitors and visitors.
The online Autotech & Accessories 2021 ultilizes modern technologies such as 3D simulation, 360 view, VR Tour recreating the workshop and showroom space of the enterprise,… In addition, online exhibition also applies multimedia information display about exhibitors and products such as texts, videos, 2D, 3D images, VR Tour,… The combination of modern technologies and sounds in the online exhibition will awake the senses, giving visitors an authentic and emotional experience just like attending a offline exhibition. The exhibitors can proactively and regularly update information about their business, helping visitors to grasp information quickly and easily with just one click. Visitors who are interested in any product or want to discuss with exhibitors but cannot attend the offline exhibition can still connect with the exhibitors through video call, texting,… On top of that, online exhibition is not affected by time limitation or geographic restriction in the current pandemic affair. Thus, exhibitors and visitors can fully join in anytime, anywhere, on any smart device.
